Zadaća rada je da identificira uzroke postojećih ili predvidivih poteškoća s kvalitetom električne energije na segmentima elektrodistribucijskih mreža ruralnih obilježja s područja Elektroistra Pula, a na temelju provedenih mjerenja kod različitih profila potrošača i analize istih. Provedeno je niz mjerenja kvalitete električne energije kod industrijskih potrošača, pogona malog poduzetništva i naselja koja su napajana elektrodistribucijskim mrežama ruralnih obilježja. Analiza rezultata mjerenja pokazala je da karakteristike tih mreža utječu na kvalitetu električne energije kod svih profila potrošača ali je pokazala da zbog nekih karakteristike istih mreža postrojenja korisnika mogu uzrokovati povratno djelovanje na mrežu. Primjerima je pokazano kako se zahvatima na elektrodistribucijskoj mreži ruralnih obilježja mogu smanjiti problemi u kvaliteti opskrbe električnom energijom. Predložena su rješenja kojima bi se spriječili problemi kod priključenja novih potrošača ili smanjili kod postojećih. - Ključne riječi: ruralne elektrodistribucijske mreže, kvaliteta električne energije, mjerenje i analiza rezultata mjerenja

The task of this paper is to identify the causes of the existing or foreseeable problems with the power quality in the electrodistribution networks of the rural characteristics of the area Elektroistra Pula, on the basis of measurements in different profiles of consumers and their analysis. Range of power quality measurements had been done for industrial consumers, small-scale enterprises and villages which are powered by electrodistribution network of rural characteristics. Analysis of measuring results showed that the characteristics of these networks will affect the power quality for all consumers, but it is shown that due to some characteristics of the same network facility can cause an opposite effect on the electrodistribution network. Examples demonstrate how interventions in rural elektrodistribution network can reduce power quality problems. Proposes solutions to prevent these problems in connecting new consumers or reduce these problems at the existing consumers. - Keywords: rural electrodistribution networks, power quality, measurement and analysis of measurement results
