Radom su obuhvaćene osnovne značajke vakuumskih prekidača kao glavnih aparata srednjenaponskih sustava s posebnom naznakom na pogonski mehanizam koji se bazira na magnetskom aktuatoru. Zamjena klasičnog mehanizma magnetskim aktuatorom omogućuje jednostavni elektronički monitoring svih stanja energetskog sustava i daje mogućnost djelovanja prema posebnim zahtjevima. Prednosti magnetskog pogona su izvrsna sukladnost magnetskih aktuatora s prekidanjem u vakuumu, kao i znatno smanjeni broj mehaničkih dijelova, a samim tim i znatno smanjen broj kvarova na prekidačima. Isto tako, svoju primjenu nalaze u sinkronom sklapanju, kada je zbog malih dimenzija aktuatora moguće izvesti 3 mehanizma, za svaku fazu neovisno. Težište rada odnosi se na analizu rada magnetskih aktuatora konkretnih rješenja kao i pristup proračunu elektromagnetskih prilika te mehaničkog odziva. Definirat će se konkretni zahtjevi za postavljanje računskog numeričkog modela pogonskog magnetskog aktuatora za prekidač 24 kV, 25 / 63 kA, 1250 A koji bi trebali biti podloga za razvoj drugih izvedbi. Na osnovi računskog modela, izradit će se prototip i provesti ispitivanja radi usporedbe računskih i mjerenih rezultata, kako bi se provele eventualne korekcije. Na kraju, bit će dane osnovne naznake i smjernice u istraživanju ovog interesantnog područja. - KLJUČNE RIJEČI: magnetski aktuator, magnetski bistabil, vakuumski prekidač, srednjenaponski sklopni aparatiSummary: SUMMARY: This master thesis deals with the issue of magnetic actuators as driving mechanisms of the vacuum medium voltage drive apparatus and the switchgears. The thesis covers the basic features of the vacuum circuit breaker as a main apparatus of medium voltage systems with special reference to the drive mechanism which is based on a magnetic actuator. Replacing of conventional mechanism with magnetic bistable actuator allows easy electronic monitoring of all states of the energy system and provides the ability to operate according to specific requirements. Advantages of magnetic drives are excellent compliance of magnetic actuator with the breaking in a vacuum, as well as significantly reduced number of mechanical parts, and therefore significantly reduced the number of failures on the circuit breakers. Likewise, you can use it in synchronous switching, when is because of the small dimensions of actuators easy to put 3 mechanisms, for each phase independently. The focus of the thesis refers to the analysis of magnetic actuators with exact solutions and approach to the calculation of electromagnetic conditions and mechanical response. It has defined the specific requirements for setting a numerical calculation model of the drive magnetic bistable for the circuit breaker 24 kV, 25 / 63 kA, 1250 A, which should be the basis for the development of other versions. Based on analytical model, it will be developed a prototype and made tests for comparison of analytical and measured results, to carry out any corrections. SAŽETAK: Magistarski rad obrađuje problematiku magnetskih aktuatora kao pogonskih članova vakuumskih srednjenaponskih aparata i aparatura.
