Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) mjerenja i sinkronizirana mjerenja fazora, dostupna iz PMU jedinica (engl. Phasor Measurement Unit). Model hibridnog estimatora stanja je prikazan u statičkoj i dinamičkoj formulaciji. Linearni estimator stanja u prvom koraku statičke formulacije koristi samo sinkronizirana mjerenja fazora. Estimator stanju u drugom sloju koristi iterativnu WLS (engl. - KLJUČNE RIJEČI: Hibridni estimator stanja; jedinica za sinkronizirano mjerenje fazora (PMU); estimacija stanja elektroenergetskog sustava; sinkronizirana mjerenja fazora; sistemski nadzor, zaštita i upravljanje (WAMPAC)Summary: SUMMARY: The developed multilayer hybrid state estimator in the static and the dynamic formulation utilizes conventional Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) measurements and synchronized phasor measurements. The linear state estimator in the first layer of the static formulation uses only the synchronized phasor measurements of voltages and currents, while its state vector comprises buses observable by the deployed PMUs, i.e. buses equipped with the PMUs and their adjacent buses. The results of the first layer estimator are transformed from rectangular to polar coordinates and are used as pseudo-measurements together with the SCADA measurements in the second layer state estimator. Here the iterative Weighted Least Squares (WLS) method with equality constraints for zero injections is applied. In addition, the result of the first layer state estimator is used to obtain an initial guess for the second layer state estimator, in order to start the iterative process closer to the final solution, and thus to improve its convergence. The dynamic formulation utilized high sampling frequency of the synchronized phasor measurements, which are available between two runs of the state estimator in the second layer. The estimator was tested using the IEEE 14, 57 and 118 buses test systems. As an example of the real power system, the Croatian transmission power system model was used, with actual locations of SCADA and PMU measurements. The multilayer hybrid state estimator offers the enhanced estimation accuracy as well as the improved filtering and convergence capabilities. - KEYWORDS: Hybrid power system state estimator; Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU); power system state estimation; synchronized phasor measurements; Wide Area Monitoring, Protection and Control (WAMPAC)

SUMMARY: The developed multilayer hybrid state estimator in the static and the dynamic formulation utilizes conventional Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) measurements and synchronized phasor measurements.
